Do not purchase anything from Nationwide, Nationwide for life is a joke there are no loaner cars, 2 oil changes ,the worst service dept and customer service I have seen in a very long time. No one can help or returns calls , knows what's going on.The Parent Co. should close them

Having my car stolen not once but twice was the worst. I thought the city of Baltimore treated me bad the first time but they raped me with my clothes on compared to what Nationwide has done this second time. They lost my car and they are just finding it and looking at .

@NationwideKia another week gone I have been renting a car for a month to no avail, I cannot speak to anyone until the end of the week. Nationwide KIA is horrible. So disappointed. Please don't buy a car here, you can't get it serviced and no one cares.
