@SavLovesSwift Honestly it’s all about the tip$$ in the end! Just tip accordingly for whatever extra work they do :) if they seem grumpy ab it I would reconsider lol but if they think it’ll get them a better tip they’d probably rather do it! Plus it’s easier than a design anyways.

@SavLovesSwift It was also a slow day in the shop and I went at off-peak time. Plus if you tip accordingly for the extra work they do then I’m 99.9% sure they’d happily do it. I showed close-up pics to help and funnily the girl right next to me was also doing eras nails but French tips lol

@SavLovesSwift The technician was super nice about it and I had a backup/less annoying option in case but she actually encouraged me to go for the eras nails! She was helpful/patient and I was going to select colors myself but she helped me w it. Just gave her a big fat tip at the end (30-35%)

@juancastillo___ @madison_tayt If people don’t want to tip don’t be sneaky coy about it. New rule that you at least tell your server you’re not tipping so they can give you the level of service you deserve accordingly 🤩 and also service charge is auto added in the UK/parts of Europe+20% sales tax

@madison_tayt Follow the customs of the country you’re in and respect the people living/working there. Consider the fact that people go abroad all the time and aren’t throwing a fit about still paying 20% tax (+ additional auto 12.5% service charge in the UK) w/o getting all the tax benefits🤔
