@David52578899@MikeEmbrich Exactly true so why did you assume my specific circumstances on EV availability? What do you have that’s better than a Tesla
@rosenworks3@LeslieMarshall@JenniferSey They literally watched their world burn around them and still vote for the same leadership because of the letter in front of the name. It’s fucking insane
@queenie4rmnola If your people were handed a brand new city, 1 trillion dollars in free money and all the resources you could ever imagine, I guarantee once we handed over the keys the place would be in ruins by year 3.
I specifically said I never felt in danger, I just can’t have my kids see real life zombies taking shits and injecting drugs while walking down Main Street. In LA and Seattle I, as a 36 year old man, was actually mortified at what I witnessed I can’t imagine an innocent child being exposed to that type of behavior.
I live in Connecticut and visiting LA and Seattle has become honestly disgusting over the last decade. I don’t feel in danger, I just feel straight disgust at what they are allowing to occupy the streets. My barometer is that I would never expose my kids to your city the way it is right now.
The closest Rivian service center is in the Bronx about 60 miles from me and I don’t even know if Lucid is even going to be a company in the next 5 years. Tesla has by far the best charging network and dealer support out of any other electric brand and their FSD alone beats the shit out of the competitions offerings…
@karnetas@MikeEmbrich Over 2.5 years the only maintenance I’ve done is changed my tires, had a camera cleaned and the only issue I’ve had is one of my door handles had to be replaced. My other cars are a Toyota Tundra and Sequoia.
It’s my first EV ever. I never had any intentions of owning a Tesla or an EV but with a car like the plaid that runs a 9 second 1/4 mile out of the box, can drive itself and has 4 doors and enough room for my kids car seats it’s the best daily driver of all time IMO. I’ve had new BMW’s, Audi’s, Jaguars etc and while they all are fantastic in their own right the Tesla is just all around the best car I’ve ever owned.
Yeah definitely not good decisions! I’m a car enthusiast, it’s my only real compulsive obsession. I generally get bored of cars within a year and get something new, I’ve had my Tesla for 2.5 years now and have no plans of getting rid of it especially since they discontinued the Model S. It’s the best daily ever. Also, my dad is broke living in a hotel and I have talked to the guy in a few years (raging narcissist)
