@Wayfair I’ve been warning my neighbors about this horrible experience from @Wayfair . Worst costumer experience ever, we are out over $250

[Rosemary Ann @_RosemaryAnn]

We ordered a table from @Wayfair and one of the pieces was damaged which we obviously didn’t realize until we unpacked everything. Mind you the table came in multiple boxes and all the pieces (many many pieces) together weighed well over 70 pounds. 1/2

[Rosemary Ann @_RosemaryAnn]

They said we could get our money back if return item. That was impossible. We had already opened all boxes & we couldn’t reuse the boxes. we can’t repack such heavy items. We don’t have the necessary supplies. idk why they wanted a damaged item back. Will never buy from @Wayfair
