Ribs and chicken made for a bbq cookoff. Unfortunately the chicken didn’t finish in time, but it turned out really tasty, it was brined with lemon and garlic, and then rubbed with lemon pepper rub. The ribs were rubbed with sweet and spicy rub. Spares > Baby Backs #Food
Fried chicken sandwich, 50/50 Cornstarch/Flour mix, with pickles, topped with Burnt Ends White Wraith sauce, which is an Alabama style white sauce. Really matched well with the chicken, gave it a lot of heat and balanced with the pickles. #Food
I got this beautiful slab of pork belly and I decided to try my hand at Porchetta. It’s sitting in my fridge and will be cooked today.
