@MissIG_Geek @sarahla91763507 @info_pup @spalmeredwards As always, depends on Q? My reaction to most statements/queries on data from non-data ppl: (sensible version: wrong Q, tell me the actual problem - sure you can handle @info_pup, just dig deeper?
@RobertJenrick A Newark church has just stopped its weekly open-to-anyone afternoon mtg for rest of winter b/c the elderly people who mostly use it can't get there. The issue isn't so much w/availability of social places, Govt needs to improve public transport.
@Schopflin Sloppy and lazy. I've now got to the point of saying to faces (as opposed to just bitching about it on soc media) "Lots of other ppl also sharing not a legal basis last time I checked".
@TrialByTruth Lurgified here too, which I think has contributed to my recent #greep (LOVE this portmanteau word :D) splurge. Hope you all feel better soon and can rest a bit over the w/e.
My amazing Twitter year โ by Matt Hancock โ NHS Networks < the fragrant โฆ@jtweetersonโฉ on superb form, as usual, with this Christmas present to Hancock-watchers https://t.co/wjySSp1LzI
@EinsteinsAttic Pretty sure this is the child I read about a couple months ago - good interview/expose, forget which media, showing clear effect on the child :(. Let's just say "Truman Show".
@IGWales@NHSEngland@DHSCgovuk @NDGoffice @ICOnews Except that NHSE/I/X/D and DHSC are controllers, even though they don't think that they are b/c they don't have access to the data. WRONG: when they determine purposes of processing they are acting as a controller in that function.
Please do not, I repeat, DO NOT challenge your local NHS providers. We have no choice, we have to toe the national line.
Go directly to @NHSEngland@DHSCgovuk and your MP. Oh, might not be a bad idea to prod @NDGoffice either now they have statutory powers.
Thank you.
Why the FUCK has #microshit suddenly decided to stop showing me classic desktop and gone to the tiled view, and can anyone tell me how to switch it back, because I'm damned if I can find it in Settings (Win10)? Thanks
@InfoGovDude Thanks - takes one to know one ๐
I keep saying - can't put all the blame on the organisation. The whole public sector is falling over - not just the NHS. It's not going to get better: I need a plan and the holidays will hopefully give me some space to mull over that one :)
Thanks for support and cheerleading all (well, except one ๐). If any of you ever get a tricky DSAR, I'm yer DPO, apparently. Just don't ask me about audits (would be so nice to be on the doing rather than the receiving end, must get on with that in all the spare time I have).
I am an abject failure as a DPO. Shit hot at DSAR trouble shooting, still drowning and unable to even chip at improvement. Doing nothing except fucking firefighting is getting me down.
@IGimp Heh, think most of us are too good at pot, kettle, black ;p
I know what I can get done, I do well. I just need more 'space' to make it easier for ppl so they don't have to wait for me to respond. Chicken and egg.
