@samme_hacci You have a really good understanding of using limited colors to express shapes! Can't wait to see your art as you get more experienced with pixel art
Been wanting to get back into art recently but Google Images is filled with so much A| that I can't find any good reference material. Absolutely miserable
@them_failure 720 completed runs in MD6... and still, that slot machine refuses me. At this point, I've accepted that I'll never get it; if it wanted me to have Wealth, it would have given it to me earlier
@yaoiof87 FB Yi Sang is really useful with the EGO for MD grinding, Capo Meursault and the EGO are both great in Tremor. Si Branch Greg is decent but replaceable
tl;dr FB Yi Sang if you're doing the FB MD strat, Capo Meursault if not
@past_desiderium Probably annoyed in the moment, but I'd get over it quickly; I usually make personalized stuff so they can do what they want once its finished
@PixelArtJourney 100% noses for me. I've practiced eyes and mouths enough, and ears I can usually just look at a ref, but there are so many kinds of noses and they look so different at different angles
The most misunderstood software in Pixel Art:
Aseprite.
Knowing how to use it can make or break your art.
Here's what you need to know to use it to it's fullest potential (from someone with hundreds of hours in it):
@past_desiderium You say that, but I've been *anticipating* seeing your takes as someone who's so clearly invested in both the original and PMoon takes on the characters
Three places I'd start learning pixel art as a beginner.
