We are currently conducting an online survey to evaluate narrative visualizations for disease stories 🧠 & would be very happy to get some more participants! The survey is available in 🇩🇪 & 🇺🇲.
Your can find it here: https://t.co/pj2jJFPFgf

I think the only reason why PhD students don't have more mental breakdowns is because there ist no time for mental breakdowns in academia.
(Written by someone who should really continue to write a paper instead of being on Twitter)
@alex_omari1 True and it was not the most important conference for me. But I never heard of something like this. When they closed the session and said people should just read my paper I was so baffled. I mean it's not my fault and all I could do beforehand was watching the others talk forever
Today my conference talk was canceled because the speakers before me were talking too long and the session had to be closed in time. I prepared my talk and everything, who can give me back the lifetime I lost?🥲 Did this ever happened to anyone? #AcademicChatter#AcademicTwitter
My first journal paper got published. Totally unrelated to my PhD and not really a typical visualization topic... but still a journal paper!😄
