@joreyramer @wel51x I've also been waiting over two weeks (since 7/10) to find out if @hellosuper will cover the cost of the repairs the Super contractor wants to make. It's been so long, we went ahead and started. I sure hope someone approves it soon!

@joreyramer @wel51x Hi Jorey! I've been trying to get my HVAC fixed through Super since May 4. It's July 28th. That's a long time, especially in the hot DC summer. 🥵 It's so long, in fact, that the problems with my leaking HVAC units have caused damage to other parts of my house! Will Super cover?

@hellosuper I've been trying to get my #HVAC fixed through Super since May 4. My wife and I have racked up dozens of calls to Super over the last six weeks and still no AC. 93 yesterday in #DMV . If that doesn't sound fun to you, don't buy a Super #homewarranty. #homeownership
