@atrocityTCG Though I think with the new toon cards already announced, and the unchained cards coming next month, we could see some big changes to the meta
@atrocityTCG Talking to some of the people at my locals in Beijing, it seems to be a bit of a mixed bag. The hit to Mitsu was quite nice, but I personally don’t love the Rahu limit, and the sangen kaimen limit seems really weird. Otherwise a fine banlist, but doesn’t really change much
@thinknuofficial@House_of_Champs Yeah. I think it also depends on what you’re looking for. I went to quite a few and was actively seeking out Yugioh product. But I do remember finding it difficult to get new product (alliance insight had just released), and many stores wouldn’t even sell you booster boxes
@thinknuofficial@House_of_Champs My experience was the exact opposite. When I went to Tokyo and Osaka there was tons of Yugioh product available in displays. Especially in Osaka. Many stores had entire floors dedicated to Yugioh product (Bee honpo, Card shop spiral for example), and that was all within this year
@alann_2017 Are you willing to ship to China? I was just in Osaka and stopped by your store. Saw some mats I really wanted, but wasn’t able to come back and pick them up. The collection of mats was crazy though!
@PachycephaloAlt@MBTYuGiOh Part of it was when we were playing, a bunch of other players came over and started laughing and clapping, so it was kind of funny. They made a big deal of the Runick v Runick matchup, cause Chinese players hate Runick
@MBTYuGiOh I think the one hit players really wanted to see that we didn’t get was banning Obedience Schooled. A soul charge with no real downside is pretty annoying to play against, especially in a deck like Yummy
@MBTYuGiOh VSK9 could care less about losing smasher, and almost all of the other hits/unhits do absolutely nothing. Maybe hero players will be happy, since they also get the new support next weekend. But that’s about it. VSK9 is still gonna be the best deck.
