Government shouldn’t try to "alter human nature." That's more of a religious thing. It should enforce a single high-trust American culture and stop accommodating behaviors that destroy it.

We don't accommodate third-world tribalism, impulsivity, or fatherless chaos just because they're "natural" to some groups. Successful societies demand assimilation to what works: responsibility, family, education, and rule of law.

That's not social engineering, it's basic civilization maintenance. America integrated millions from 185 countries by expecting exactly that, not by celebrating parallel cultures. That's why we can use the rule of law in terms of assimilation.

Fair and good question.

It depends on each generation’s cultural aspiration. If they fully embrace functional American culture (responsibility, education, two-parent families), positive traits can hold. But if they drift back to lingering third-world ghetto patterns, regression to the mean is real and inevitable.

Desegregation failed not because of race, but because we never demanded full assimilation. Culture is the key, we must enforce it. America integrated 185 countries by expecting exactly that.

This isn’t a racial issue, it's a cultural one. Assimilated Blacks are amazing people and fully part of American culture.

The real problem is the lingering third-world traits of African "black" culture that remain unassimilated to high-trust, functional first-world American society.
