@flybe To be honest, it doesn’t matter, you should of emailed your mailing list (which your rival airline has done multiple times). What is even more frustrating is that I see baggage the same size as mine on this aircraft - I got punished because I was checking in a PAID hold bag.

Horrible customer service @flybe, to be charged £40 on a bag that I have flown with multiple times. It doesn’t matter if you have changed your rules back in 2017. It is a good gesture just to REMIND your passengers by email that this is being enforced. #flybe #ripoff #heartbreak

@flybe @dscott567 Daryl I 100% agree, to be charged £40 on a bag that is accepted on every single other airline after Christmas is shameful. I am still waiting to board my plane but will expect to see the same sized bags as mine be allowed on board.
