@BobHepburn@CGCguncontrol@TorontoStar Gun lobby? If you’re talking about our customers, the most highly-vetted and responsible citizens in the country, who we encourage to get politically involved every day, then we guess that’s the ‘gun lobby’. Fearing the most law-abiding citizens is a big problem, though.
Thanks for visiting and receiving an education regarding the Canadian Shooting Sports Community! We’ll say the invitation is still open to @BardishKW and others who want to engage in meaningful dialogue on this topic.
Firearms owners in Canada want their rights respected. I presented 3 petitions from Canadians who want C-71 scrapped; A @CPC_HQ Government will repeal & replace this assault on law abiding firearms owners.
The @globeandmail should really check its facts and logic before stepping into the discussion of firearms in Canada so people like @mattgurney don’t have to spend time correcting them.

@globeandmail@GlobeDebate Dear @globeandmail, the next time you want to check to see if your editorial is factual, we’d be happy to take a look at it. Our customers are licensed by the RCMP to own firearms. They aren’t the problem. It’s time to have a bigger conversation about violent crime and its roots.
@PinkPistolsTO @donkeychucker2 @PrideToronto If you happen to do Pride in Kitchener-Waterloo, let us know. We’d love to sponsor and support.
A member of the Canadian Shooting Sports Community is always welcome.
@DalphondPierre@Polysesouvient It was very clear. You don’t trust Canadian citizens who have been vetted and cleared by the RCMP and you want companies like ours out of business. Tackle the root causes of violent crime instead of focussing on inanimate objects and progress will be made.
@DalphondPierre@RalphGoodale Firearms capable of full-automatic operation are already prohibited. Our customers are the most highly-vetted and scrutinized citizens in Canadaand are provided a license by the RCMP. They undergo an automatic background check every 24 hours. When was your last background check?.
@WBrettWilson@TWilsonOttawa Except, they don’t. An ‘assault rifle’ was always classified as a rifle capable of full-automatic operation. Rifles with this capability are prohibited in Canada. Only recently has the term ‘assault style’ been used, based on aesthetics. We tend to not judge based on appearance.
Today our Shooter’s Choice family says goodbye to our co-worker and dear friend, Eddie. Rest easy, brother. We will be closed until 2pm so our staff can attend Eddie’s service.
