It has overload rounds and applies a debuff to champions and bosses and makes it easier to hit crits on harder to hit targets. Sure there might be better options but it isn’t a bad one.

People definitely have used it and will continue to use it in GMs. I’m indifferent on whether it gets needed or not but to imply it doesn’t get usage in GMs is straight up wrong lmao
