To be fair, it’s not exactly the same thing.

When you’ve lived in the UK for years, your body adapts to the climate. The same way someone coming from the UK to Nigeria would struggle with the heat initially, many Africans in the UK become less tolerant of higher temperatures over time.

Also, UK homes are built to keep heat in, not cool you down. That’s why 25°C here can feel very different from 25°C back home.

Yesterday a 25yr old lady came for scan, during the scan I saw fibroid ahnnn I was confused honestly because I didn’t expect fibroid, and with her age too
I asked her gently “Do you know you have fibroid?” She said yes, she found out 2years ago😳😳

A colleague of mine told me he scanned a 17year old with fibroid 😳😳💔💔💔

Nigerian Soldier Speaks Out: “We Can End Terrorism in 24 Hours If Only We’re Given the Order.

A courageous Nigerian soldier has finally broken the silence, revealing painful truths about why terrorism and banditry continue to ravage the country. Speaking with deep frustration, he explained that many soldiers are exhausted and heartbroken by the endless cycle of violence.
