Why is it so hard to contact @PeugeotUK @Peugeot when you have a car issue? 😕
@BBCWatchdog had nothing but stress when my timing belt has gone on my 4 year old car that literally does 500 miles a month if that.. now I’m without a car and peugeot customer service is awful.

@PeugeotUK 10 weeks of waiting for you to approve a wet belt repair, a known puretech engine issue. I have emailed and called multiple times, customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I have never regretted anything more than buying my Peugeot 😒

Do not recommend @PeugeotUK, the aftercare doesn’t want anything to do with you when silly little timing belts break on a 4 year old car that is nowhere near the recommended mileage.
I know for fact @BMW always look after their customers.
I am now almost a week without a car 🫤
