We were recently invited to an event where Alf the Kid was presented an award from the High Sheriff of Durham, in recognition of his community service over many years within the school and County Durham networks, including with us here at Stamp It Out.

To round up our local support campaign, we want to highlight the work of County Durham Resilience. ❤️
They aim to build resilience within our local communities. This includes; where people feel lonely and isolated, and have experienced mental health difficulties.

Pop along for a 'Sit and Chat' on Wednesday 10 September from 10am to 2pm at Chester Le Street Market Place, DH3 3TF.
Pop along to have some general, informal conversations about your wellbeing, some signposting and overall support.
Continuing our showcase of local support, we want to highlight the important work of @ManHealthCIC ❤️
They provide support around men’s health issues, as well as support around the issues of mental health and suicide.

They provide counselling services in the region, to those who struggle with poor mental health.

On Wednesday 20 August, there will be a Wellbeing Fair taking place at Auckland Palace Grounds (DL14 7NR). ❤️
