Breaking 🚨 UK Care Worker Visa Update 🇬🇧

The UK Home Office has introduced a temporary arrangement for certain care workers and senior care workers following the revocation of their employer’s sponsor licence.

For care workers under SOC 6135 (formerly 6145) and senior care workers under SOC 6136 (formerly 6146), the Home Office states that a caseworker must not cancel their permission if the sole reason for cancellation is the revocation of their sponsor’s licence.

⚠️ This arrangement is temporary and subject to regular review. If there are other grounds for cancellation, the Home Office can consider the case under the usual rules.
