We all worry.
To not worry is to not care.
However, when we overly think about what is worrying us, we waste very valuable energy.
This same energy spent worrying can be spent in creative thinking for solutions, seeing opportunities, and practicing self-care.
👉 At the instance you catch yourself worrying, ask yourself:
“What do I need to do right now so that I am one step closer to a solution?”
At that moment, you have a choice on whether you continue worrying and waste energy, or channel your energy wisely and creatively.
• Enroll in a group program to help with accountability.
• Educate yourself on the benefits of being healthy so you can have a stronger motivation.
• Keep a tracker and share it broadly (recall Pearson’s Law? 😉)
Instead of “this OR that”, try “this AND that”.
• Structure AND spontaneity.
• Fun AND serious.
• Science AND spirituality.
• Self-care AND self-regulation.
• Productivity AND mental wellbeing.
Approach life with an “AND” and bring a creative dance to every action.
@vvayur Thank you for this great question Vandana.
In business it is easy, because numbers do the heavy lifting. For other aspects like relationships or productivity, your personal awareness is paramount.
One way is to list all parameter, sort by importance, then tweak and monitor. 🙌
Did you know you can 4X your productivity (in every aspect of your life) using this proven principle?
Enter, Pareto’s Law.
It tells us “80% of the outcome comes from 20% of the input.”
Also known as the 80/20 rule.

This is not just a catchy phrase.
My proposal is based on the science of willpower and how it is indeed a superpower.
For most people (without a medical condition), weight management is simply craving management.
Hear me out:
So, can your cold showers can help you manage cravings?
Could cold showers help you be more honest? Build better relationships? Keep promises? Actualize your dreams?
Have fun experimenting with open curiosity and you might transform your life exponentially.
