We just won.

Ticketmaster / Live Nation was the biggest antitrust case in years. A jury just ruled for us on all claims.

We brought this case with a big group of AGs and USDOJ - until last month, when USDOJ cut a backroom deal with Live Nation in the middle of the trial and bailed.

We rejected their deal, finished the trial, and now a jury has found that they’ve been operating as an illegal monopoly and used their power to unlawfully raise ticket prices on you.

This is a huge win for consumers and artists, but it also sends a message that we can still take on monopolies - and win.

But we aren't done yet. The case now moves to a second phase where the judge will determine the specific remedies needed to dismantle Ticketmaster’s grip on the industry.

Our goal is simple: restore real competition, end the abuse of consumers and artists, and bring fair pricing back to live entertainment.

Ob in sozialen Netzwerken, Chats oder sogar auf Dating-Plattformen – Täter suchen gezielt den Kontakt zu potenziellen Opfern. 
Am Anfang wirkt alles harmlos: nette Gespräche, Komplimente, Vertrauen.

Doch dann wird’s gefährlich:
⚠️ Vorschläge, Nacktbilder auszutauschen.

⚠️ Videoanrufe, bei denen heimlich Aufnahmen gemacht werden.

⚠️ Und schließlich: Erpressung mit diesen Bildern oder angeblichen „Hacks“.

Manche Täter behaupten sogar, sie hätten dein Handy gehackt – obwohl das gar nicht stimmt.

Sie spielen mit Angst und Scham, um Druck aufzubauen.

🚨 Wichtig:
 Lass dich nicht einschüchtern und geh nicht auf Forderungen ein.
Sprich sofort mit einer Vertrauensperson oder der Polizei.

Erpressung mit Nacktbildern? So handelst du richtig!
Bleib ruhig – du bist nicht allein.

So gehst du jetzt vor:

🚫 Kein Geld überweisen!
 Täter hören nach der Zahlung meist nicht auf – sie fordern weiter.

👮‍♀️ Zur Polizei gehen!
 Erstatte Anzeige – das ist der wichtigste Schritt.

❌ Kontakt abbrechen!
 Nicht mehr reagieren, keine Diskussionen führen.

📱 Plattform informieren!
 Melde das Profil, damit Inhalte oder Accounts gesperrt werden können.

📸 Beweise sichern!
 Mach Screenshots von Chats, Nachrichten und Profilen.

🧾 Löschung beantragen!
 Fordere beim Plattformbetreiber die Entfernung der Inhalte.

Klingt harmlos, oder?
Aber: Einmal gepostet, bleiben Fotos oft dauerhaft im Netz – und können in falsche Hände geraten. 😟
Auch „nur schnell im Familienchat geteilt“ ist nicht so privat, wie es scheint.

Das Internet vergisst nichts – selbst aus geschlossenen Gruppen können Bilder weiterverbreitet werden.
💭 Also: lieber zweimal überlegen, bevor Kinderbilder online gehen.
