you run into these problem when you work for a corporation so be careful. I legit have a nervousness when applying to roles after what i experienced during my last role— ppl don’t leave jobs they leave managers and i know I’m not the only story like this regarding remote work🤷🏽‍♀️

1/4..so after performing my work remotely for seven months it was deemed necessary for me to be the only one in our small group to show in office for months until i eventually quit it was no secret my leader was wasn’t a fan of me & the discuss of remote & office was his gateway

1/3 .. for me the issue wasn’t with unknowns of the office setting being the best option for the employees. It was how this company allowed my leader (manager) to dictate me coming back to the office over performance issues 😩😂..

1/2..soon after we were called back to the office the delta variant was going around so we soon were packing up our desk and heading back home. Not once did the company ask us if there was anything they could do to assist with this transition back home..NOTHING!

1/1 For me it’s a bit personal because i was fully remote at my last employer for seven months until they decided on having employees return back to office— this was nothing short of being inconsiderate of their employees and the start of their “gimmie” attitudes..🙄😑
