@MTNNG@MTN180 Fiber X for the pass 3days, no network service at Ago-Palace Okota. Your customer care don’t even know when service will be back. That’s bad for business.
@IkejaElectric Number one on the list is a week now no light not just 1st and 2nd. Apologies for a week is really not good and it’s not like there would be a compensation. Fix it and Let’s know when we will have light. @NERCNG should pls look into this
@IkejaElectric It’s been 5/6 days (since 28/09/2024) now without light on Band A feeder “11-ItireINJ-T2-Canal” oshodi. This isn’t your service agreement of 20Hrs of daily electricity. You can’t be charging us high and not fulfill SLA. @NERCNG should pls do something. @IkejaElectric@NERCNG
