Πρωινές σκέψεις:

Είναι μεγάλο πράγμα να σε ρωτάνε στο δρόμο το τυπικό "επ, τι κάνεις;", να απαντάς "καλά" και πραγματικά να το εννοείς. Τελικά ο άνθρωπος δεν θέλει και πολλά για να είναι ευτυχισμένος.

Για μένα η ευδαιμονία ήρθε όταν μετακομίσαμε στο μέρος που κάναμε διακοπές από παιδιά. Κι από τότε η καθημερινότητά μας μοιάζει με διακοπές. Μαζί με τον άνθρωπο της ζωής μου, που πορευόμαστε παρέα εδώ και 22 χρόνια, έχουμε πλέον την υγεία μας, τους δικούς μας ανθρώπους, τους φίλους και τις παρέες μας, πολλές στιγμές χαλάρωσης και δημιουργικότητας και μια δουλειά που πραγματικά λατρεύω και χάνω την αίσθηση του χρόνου όταν δουλεύω.

Και φυσικά την ψυχοεκπαίδευση, με την αγαπητική καθοδήγηση της @TheklaPetridou, που οι γνώσεις που τόσο απλόχερα μας προσφέρει αποτελούν πολύτιμο εργαλείο ζωής!

Καμία φορά κάθομαι και κάνω τις κλασικές σκέψεις που κάνουμε όλοι τύπου "που θα ήθελες να ζεις, τι αμάξι θα ήθελες να οδηγάς, ποια είναι η δουλειά των ονείρων σου κλπ" και κάθε φορά καταλήγω στο παρόν.

Και τελικά αυτό το "καλά" δεν είναι απάντηση. Είναι status!
