Can someone tell me why I went to @McDonaldsCanada today (after checking that my location was open). Waited 25 minutes for my turn (understandable, bcuz well, it’s Xmas). Someone asked if I was going to use points for this order, I respond no, then nothing.

I waited another 10-15 minutes waiting for a response before driving around to find an EMPTY building (from what I could see- even though I’m sure I saw someone walk into the building) I call- no answer and no way to leave a message.
