@DeputyGrocott I used to struggle with mine a lot before I consistently did a few exercises. I think it’s because as teachers we turn our heads so rapidly and frequently during a day 😅😂
@DeputyGrocott I hate to say it, because it’s an entirely unhelpful solution in the moment, but neck/shoulder/back strengthening & stretching exercises are what will keep you pain free
