I agree on the consent part, and I would also further add that AI doesn't "undress" anyone. It doesn't know what your body looks like under clothing. Anything it creates is fictional. Take a close-up selfie, and have the camera just zoom out with no other prompt. 10 times out of 10, you get a different body. This whole moral panic is absurd.

Of course, CSAM is illegal, and there exists off the shelf technology to combat that. In places where certain things are illegal, fine. Geoblock. But don't implement global restrictions with broken moderation that nukes even innocent prompts.

We do need to be loud and vocal and not be drowned out by all the ballwashers and fanboys posting nothing but positivity every time Elon hypes Grok Imagine, or posts a meme basically telling customers to go fuck themselves.

I expect no less. Elon always talks tough, but when the shit hits the fan, he folds like a piece of paper. He walked back his "free speech absolutism" on X and instead of telling places like the EU, and fucking Indonesia and Malaysia (where they banned Grok anyway) to pound sand, he rug-pulled people multiple times now with Grok AI by cranking up censorship.

The most infuriating part is the complete lack of transparency. He just memes his way through it, basically saying "I see that you're pissed, but fuck you. Keep paying."

And yeah, tools like LoRAs enable easy "non-consensual edits." Realities outpace "legal or ethical fixes."
