@itsjordhehe Reasons why I'm leaving this app finally π X ran by Musk who fully endorsed Trump and has allowed clowns like this to say this type of heinous shit like it's funny.
Collect-A-Con Houston was a bust.. 99% of the vendor tables were Pokemon. I think only 3 had any sports cards and the selection was small. Magic the Gathering was surprisingly limited as well, but more than sports. Suggestion: limit vendor type to allow more variety. Wasted $30..
Someone please explain to me why developers give players the option to enable/disable cross-play. It is INFURIATING to either enable/disable it because the party lead has it different than you and you have to restart the game. Just remove the option and leave cross-play in.
Imagine if Pogs made a comeback in MTG.
When -Creature- enters the battlefield, slam X Pogs where X is the amount of additional mana paid to cast -Creature-. Target any number of creatures to disperse 1 damage for each Pog flipped over.
Mana Crypt and Jeweled Lotus getting banned in Commander, but not Sol Ring is kinda weird. I see the reasoning behind Sol Ring, but their reasoning is because you can make your opponent/s eat shit on turn 1 or 2. That's just assuming you even have the cards on initial draw.
Found my Steam controller (you read that correctly). Thought about reinstalling...but why dump more time into a game destroyed by Epic... RIP Rocket League. I have mostly good memories of what you used to be.
@Faxxius I watched a really interesting video on Bob Bryant in iRacing today! Not my style of game, but it's fun learning some history of stuff like this.
HOWEVER, it was a fun-sized $10-admission fee experience. I'm planning on attending Collect-A-Thon in November which will be at a much bigger venue with hopefully the space needed (bogged down by more people anyway..probably) and much more variety!
Went to a card show in HTown today... Way too packed for my liking π΅βπ« And a few of the vendors were complaining about people only wanting to sell their cards...out loud like we couldn't hear 'em. At the very least ask to trade...
Mildly disappointed (but not surprised) at the lack of MTG and hockey cards for trade/sell. There was like one small table for MTG and hardly anyone with hockey. Pretty much only MLB/NBA/NFL/Pokemon cards. Could be fixed with a bigger venue for space and variety.
