1. An ATM fraud happened with my elderly father on 8th sept.
While taking out money from ATM his card got stuck and there was a no. stuck on the wall inside ATM "gaurd's no." which was fraud and he assured that card will be taken out and he can collect afterwards.

And Fraud happened afterwards.He visited the bank and blocked the ATM but an amount of 1.05 lacs was deducted already. 75k at a jewellery shop and 30k through other ATM.

6. How is this even possible?
And police are also saying that bank delays in providing cctv footages of ATMs which results in culprits never getting caught.

7. My main concern is why is bank not placing a guard even after fraud & all these allegations made by police is it true?
