Agree with your assessment here. Russaw could be more impactful in a different system that allows him to rush the passer more and control gaps in the run game vs having to drop back into space to cover. (which I don’t see him doing a lot of at the next level). A 4-3 would allow him a lot more opportunities to get after the QB.

@bamaperspective If I’m DeBoer, I’m going to ride or die with my guy. He’s had 2 years without a QB that he didn’t recruit or bring in from the portal already which is baffling to me in this age of college football. We have too much talent in the pipeline to risk it leaving with another Ty year
