🇳🇱 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 One of the best young defensive prospects playing in England right now is Emmanuel Fejokwu.

Only 16-years-old he can play as a CB and an RB.

He’s extremely comfortable on the ball. Makes excellent sharp forward passes. Very adept at breaking opposition lines.

Composed and assured when carrying the ball forward as well.

He has won 88% of his defensive duels at international level. Has excellent anticipation. Very front footed defender. Good pace, too.

He’s already made his debut for West Ham United’s U21 team.

I think he can go very far. Keep an eye on him.

@talentidhub Very true! Also clubs were more picky when it came to giving out pro’s and scholarships as they knew they had some elite foreign talents coming in. So you had to be the best of the best to not only get 1 but play..

@UtdMicah Unfortunately since Eddie Howe and co have had more of a say to signings things have turned for the worse! Almost de ja vu. Done really well at Bournemouth, linked with the England job & Arsenal job. Got more of a say in transfers… declined and got sacked…

@Real1_balogun Southampton, Leicester, Newcastle, Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea from my knowledge are the only academies either send all there players to private school or affiliated with a school so they can have a full time programme.

@Real1_balogun Arsenal don’t have a full time program, although Dowman was Hybrid. Tottenham do send their best, starting from U14s to private school but also don’t have a full time programme. 90% of Cat 1 clubs do have a full time programme now. But only a small amount of kids r picked
