Episode 162 is out!

This week we’re joined by special guest @AlBeckRadio, producer of @DaveandChuck on #WRIF. He tells us about his radio career, his love for #StarTrek and pizza, and stays to break down this week’s TNG episodes, S1 E19&20, “Coming of Age” & “Heart of Glory”.🖖🏼

[Keeping Up With The Cardassians @CardassiansPod]

If you haven’t listened to our newest episode, then you’re missing out! We talk to our @startrekcruise correspondent about this year’s voyage, our request from @NanaVisitor, and we review some #StarTrekTNG. Season 1, E 17&18, “When the Bough Breaks” & “Homesoil”.🖖🏼

[The Retro Dad @_TheRetroDad_]

@NHL94Podcast That cover is disgusting, though.

[Keeping Up With The Cardassians @CardassiansPod]

Like a good friend should, thank you @NanaVisitor for calling out our mistake of not attending the #StarTrekcruise. We will be rectifying that mistake in 2025 and will join you on the open seas!🖖🏼

Let the planning begin!🥳

[Keeping Up With The Cardassians @CardassiansPod]

March is #ReadingMonth! Time to pick a couple #StarTrek novels. I’m relatively new to Trek, so most of these have been thrifted or found second hand. Some were donated to me, which was really nice.🖖🏼

Which Star Trek book or books are you reading this month?

[Keeping Up With The Cardassians @CardassiansPod]

I’m ready for election season.🖖🏼#StarTrek

[Keeping Up With The Cardassians @CardassiansPod]

There really is no other Trek like #StarTrekDS9. It’s the most complex, layered, thought-provoking Trek, to date, and will likely never get the recognition it deserves.

Remove the context of being sci-fi and this show would have won multiple #EmmyAwards beyond art, makeup, etc.

[Keeping Up With The Cardassians @CardassiansPod]

We would agree!🙋🏻‍♂️

Keeping Up With the Cardassians can be found wherever you listen to podcasts, as well as our YouTube channel. Brand new episodes every Monday and more bonus content over on our Patreon!🖖🏼

[Keeping Up With The Cardassians @CardassiansPod]

Our presence on the #StarTrekCruise is being requested by none other than Kira Nerys herself, best friend of the show @NanaVisitor!

We will now be in serious discussions on booking the show for 2025!🖖🏼

Thank you to a loyal listener who surprised us with this amazing video!

[Keeping Up With The Cardassians @CardassiansPod]

Episode 160 is out now!

This weekend, we visited The Federation Headquarters (@TrekFederation) in Sandusky, OH. We discuss our thoughts & experience as we travel home. We also review #StarTrekTNG Season 1 Episodes 15&16, “11001001” & “Too Short a Season”🖖🏼

Please rate & review!
