Your worth isn’t measured by productivity.
#ItsAboutTime that we redefine our idea of success and find our fulfilment beyond the relentless pursuit of overworking!!
We wanted to share some more survey results we found out.. Out of 36 possible topics to vote on, these were the top 6!
We've had a brilliant response to the survey and we're very confident that we're getting closer to what freelancers need to feel more empowered in their work!🙌
We would like to pose a question.. would you be prepared to share your contract of employment to gain access into a private room? With an extra layer of protection to keep it safe for freelancers.
Let's chat! Comment below what you think, or send us a DM!🫵
We know, and forge on with hope that the new Time Project app will give employees all of the information they choose not to know. We send our sympathy and support to everyone of you facing hardship at the moment. ❤️ @guardian#tvfreelancers#workingintv
We’re sure there are thousands of stories like this across the industry right now. The “Hold your nerve” message just shows the lack on understanding from the top about how freelancers are hit when Telly turns from feast to famine.
People can’t be disposable commodities, not when they are so talented and full of passion for their work but, how can it change? Don’t even get us started on prod co’s driving rates down and exploiting the desperation..that’s just a final kick in the teeth?
