A lot of people today, are him!

From those who'd refuse to check their blood sugar, to those who will not use their medications

And then, those who will refuse to go for follow up.

During my Orthopaedic Surgery posting, I saw so many people coming down with diabetic foot ulcer, due to uncontrolled diabetes.

Many has been care free with their treatment.

Most of them had amputations of their limb.

It's a sad reality.

Thank you for this wake up call.
