Instead of you guys to condemn what Brain Jotter did, you’re hailing him. That “Agbero” guy could have fallen and, God forbid, lost his life in the process. A lot of people are now copying this thing . They continue to drive very fast while someone is hanging on to their car.

objection, in that case it becomes an evidence upon which the Court can act and admit. But since, the Supreme Court is the apex court and its decision is binding on the Court of Appeal. Hence, its position prevails over the contrary position in Ogunleye.

It's admissible. In Magaji v. Nigerian Army (2008) 8 NWLR (Pt. 1089) 338 (SC), the Supreme Court held that a photocopy of a Certified True Copy of a public document requires no further certification and is admissible in evidence.

But in 2011 the Court of Appeal in Ogunleye v Aina (2011) 3NWLR (Pt.1235) 479 took a contrary position, holding that photocopies of CTCs of public documents are inadmissible.
