@British_Airways my flight has automatically been cancelled and rebooked and I'm being prompted to confirm or change the flight, but your website won't allow me to do either and my calls to support get automatically hung up because you're too busy. What should I do?
@Argos_Online someone has fraudulently used my card to buy from you and your support team is unwilling to cancel the transaction. Seems like you care more about money than theft/doing right by people.
@ArgosHelpers Ta for your reply, but I don't understand why it's something you can't do. It seems fairly reasonable to cancel the order and ask them to reorder to me (or at least repay)
@plusnethelp trying to get working internet from yourselves when I live alone and work from home (so it's currently my link to work, social and entertainment) has been exhausting and I don't feel like your errors in the process have been taken seriously
@plusnethelp I've been waiting over 6 weeks for my broadband due to errors on your part and it was meant to be working today, but isn't. I've just been told I need to wait up to 48 hours. Defs feels like previous "We're doing everything we can" aren't quite true...
