@MattressFirm has the worst customer service. Bought a nice mattress with a free adjustable base less than a month ago. Also added the 5 year warranty to the base. The base never worked. Had to contact serveco twice just for them to say they cnt help? Itβs been less than 30 days.
All @DoorDash could offer was a refund. DUH if I havenβt gotten my food of course Iβm ENTITLED to a refund If I never received what I paid for to begin with. Poor customer service to a dashpass holder who has spent plenty of money on the platform. Itβs 11:30 what tf else ima eat
@doordash just pissed me off so bad. Had to cancel my dash pass. Ordered my food and the wait time was 45-50 minutes already. Then the driver is 30+ minutes late car in the same spot on the map. Talking about he got pulled over. LIES a traffic stop does not take 30+ minutes.
