About the sbmm part, we’re now 1 year into Infinite and I rarely find a game while solo queueing. I have to purposefully reduce my mmr by playing in a team of lesser skilled players.

@PostumsPersonal I’m working on losing weight, gone from 125kg down to 104kg, I’m struggling with ridding the last 9kg’s, however I would also like to gain a bit of muscle in my arms. Can I take protein supplements and still work on losing the last bits of my belly and leg fat?
