Hi @JioCare @JioHotstar I recharged my Jio number last quarter n again dis quarter with a plan that includes JioHotstar but my subscription is still not activated.
your customer support keeps asking me to contact Hotstar, while Hotstar asks me to contact Jio. no resolution.

@JioCare Hi Vikita, no, I have not upgraded or changed my plan through the JioHotstar app.I recharged wid the ₹899 Jio plan that includes the JioHotstar benefit,but my subscription has still not been activated. This is the second consecutive recharge cycle where I’ve faced the same issue
