I've STILL not received anything official, in writing re Starter Motor recall and my car IS an affected model/age.
Quite by chance that I came across the fact that there were recalls in progress.
Now booked in, for NOVEMBER!

Concerned about recent urgent recall (specifically the Starter Motor for issue).
No parts, can't actually get hold of anyone to confirm if/when I can even book in. I'm on a callback list, likely with everyone else.
Poor to say the least from a company such as BMW.

Well, I have to say, in my time of frustration and angst, the Cineworld support team came through - exceptional service and very much appreciated.

Figured it out - I've purchased 10 tickets, when I only require 5.
5 purchased with Blue Light Codes, but also 5 tickets themselves (thinking the codes were required along with the ticket purchase)
Can I claim the actual 5 tickets back as refund?
That make sense? π

Stunningly poor online booking system, a player as big as yourselves can't even get this right - then tried to phone the helpline - It no longer exists!

@cineworld Which is great of you, but, I shouldn't have to DM anyone should I? Online booking systems, they're as old as the hills and yours was abysmal I'm afraid - so someone (or AI) is available to answer my DM, but unable to man a phone to answer my plea for assistance - Garbage
@cineworld I would if your booking online system wasn't so poor. I'm off to a competitor instead and I'll actually pay more to do so, which I'm happy to do after the atrocious experience I've had.
