UK property auctions are showing distinct regional trends across the country.

According to research from @AuctionProperty and David Sandeman, Scotland achieved the UK's highest percentage increase in overall auction sales, jumping 46.7%.

Meanwhile, in the South-East Home Counties, commercial auction sales surged by 47.5% with a 72.6% success rate. London also had a stellar quarter, with 778 sales raising £342.5 million.

Recent property auction data analysed by David Sandeman from @AuctionProperty shows that while July saw a brief monthly dip, the long-term auction market continues to expand.

Commercial property is leading the charge, with commercial auction sales rising 23.9% over the May–July quarter.

Regional hotspots are driving much of this growth. Commercial sales in the South-West soared by 121.8%, while London saw residential auction sales jump by 31.8%.
