Reply I got from customer care executive "After linking your Aadhaar No. /PAN No., releasing the same is not possible at present."
If presently this is not possible how it can be mandated aadhar authentication for tatkal ticket booking.

@RailwaySeva, @IRCTCofficial, @RailMinIndia, From 1st July 2025 Indian Railway has introduced Aadhar authentication for IRCTC User and became mandatory for tatkal ticket booking. But when I raised complaint regarding linking of my aadhar to my user ID and delinking from other ID.

@airtelindia Nowadays how customer can belive Airtel, company agent provide me Broadband connection by geting advance payment and said atleast 4 months you will have not received any Bill. But now in the 2nd month company has raised Invoice for usage while I have already paid.

@RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial My ID has been disabled by irctc. I have sent mail to customer care so many time to resolve this issue, but every time they replied, “User Id cannot be activated, request you to please re-register with alternate email id and mobile number”.

Also my question is why CCE of IRCTC are suggesting to create new ID with alternate mobile number, if I am using single number for me.
