Why does KSRTC have the privilege to hit and run without consequences?

If civilians cannot take matters into their own hands, like confronting the driver etc, then why are the police not taking action? This negligence is unacceptable and endangers public safety.

I lodged a complaint regarding reckless driving by a KSRTC bus (Reg. KL 15 7940) that endangered my family and damaged my car on Jan 2, 2025, at Kottarakkara. Despite emailing DySP & SHO, no action has been taken. @TheKeralaPolice @keralasrtc

This might seem like a normal incident, but it is a serious issue. The KSRTC bus driver didn’t stop after hitting my car. In the future, such reckless driving could take a life.

If a private individual or a private bus driver were involved, they would face penalties.
