I’ve been an @AmericanExpress customer for 13 years and how do they treat me when I have a few tough months financially? They hide terms and give dishonest answers in order to enroll me in a program and then shut off my spending. Can’t wait for the day I can close my account.
@simpletexting can expect to be contacted by my business lawyer. They banned my client's account without recourse, even though there was no violation. Now they refuse to respond to any communication attempts and have not offered to provide a refund for paid credits.
