@traploreross Go speak to the bailiff. That's not cool, completely inappropriate, and they aren't showing the courtroom proper decorum. The judge will handle it. Just slip a note to the lead courtroom bailiff. Trust me on this one. They will be barred from the proceeding and possibly fined.

@traploreross Hopefully the judge allows him the ability to explain and give a full answer to the attorney. Attorneys are very skilled in asking questions. They spend hrs and hrs, even days just considering question after question to pose to someone on the stand. During, then think of more.

@SF_investigates From my understanding, he really doesn't have much choice but to take it to trial. He faces up to life in prison or the death penalty. Yes, we understand he won't actually ever be put to death in C.A. but your life in prison will be entirely different if you're sentenced to death
