Fuck I hate myself. I gave in. Family surprised us with going out to eat. I ate half the appetizer nachos. I tried to restrict a bit with the entree. I just had a single chicken tender and a few fries.

May have to have surgery soon to have a tumor removed. I’ll be on a liquid diet after. I should be scared but I’m more excited for how much I’ll lose due to not being able to eat solids.
