The entire situation surrounding Max Gilardi (hotdiggedydemon) honestly enrages me...and it shows the level of honest depravity some people online gleefully allow themselves to partake in.

Context:
-Max livestreamed where he considered going to Switzerland for Assisted end-of-life because he was suffering from deteriorating health such as fibromyalgia and other conditions.
-His fans protested hard against him and told him not to go along with it, after a lot of encouragement and motivation he changed his mind and said he "will reassess".

Now the disgusting part of this story is:
Before and after he announced he was changing his mind...an entire mob of "moral and good people" decided to gloat about it, and outright CHEER for his initial decision (pic 2 onwards relevant).

The reason they did that? Because Max made edgy comics and cartoons 10-15 years ago...during a time when edgy jokes were the norm on the internet.

I don't know about you but in terms of pure disgusting behaviour - I would say telling someone they "deserve" to lose their life and that they should "rot" is much, MUCH more heinous and vile than drawing edgy cartoons.

As one of the people cheering for his initial decision to go to Switzerland - I will take a quote from you:

"Karma will come for you".
