& buy a new metrocard. When I went to swipe the new metrocard that I just purchased yesterday it also was not working. The advice the transit worker gave me, “mail that card in as well & curse them out cause that’s ridiculous!” I couldn’t agree more 2/2

@NYCTSubway why does this service & system get worse by the day while rates get higher? Yesterday my metrocard stopped working & the transit worker told me it was because I used it to transfer to an mta bus, which is what I was suppose to do. So I had to mail that card in 1/2

Today was probably one of the most challenging days I’ve faced in a while. It also helped me realize I’ve made a lifelong friend at work. So even though it was a shitty day, it was still pretty great. Funny how life works out that way.
