Gentlemen, when someone misbehaves, do not react so angrily that your response overshadows the initial misbehaviour and now becomes the issue.
Don’t end up being the one needing to apologise when you were initially the victim of bad behaviour.
Be clear that you will not accept or tolerate the misbehaviour, but be measured in how you express your disapproval. This is especially important when you are in a position of authority over the other person. It is also especially important in your relationship with your woman.
I am Ezemmuo. I know things.
4 years ago, right after I graduated from secondary school at 16, I gained admission to study Mass Communication at the National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN.
My father, a veteran journalist, advised me to start going to Premier Radio Kano to learn the practical side of journalism. Since NOUN is distance learning — we only go in for exams, no lectures — he wanted me to gain real experience at the same time.
That’s how I started my https://t.co/hq4oWjxF6A and my journalism career at the same time: from Premier Radio, to Hikima Radio, and now Radio France Internationale, RFI Hausa.
It wasn’t easy balancing school and work, but with Allah, plus the support of my parents and siblings, nothing is impossible.
Today, I can proudly say that at just 20 years old, I have a degree in Mass Communication and I’m working as an international multimedia journalist. And this is only the beginning.
A very special thank you to my Rabb, Al-Muqtadir 🥹❤️, to my Abba and Umma — my biggest supporters — to my dear siblings, family, friends, colleagues, fans and everyone who helped me on this journey to success.
I can’t forget to mention my second dad, Malam Abba Dabo, owner of Premier Radio Kano. He believed in me from day one, not only gave me the opportunity to work with his company, but also supported and encouraged me every step of the way.
Pep wanted Declan Rice. Missed him by £5m.
Pep wanted Jude Bellingham. Matched the fee, but he chose Real Madrid.
Pep wanted Bruno Guimarães. Txiki played the penny-pinching game and we missed out.
Pep wanted Paqueta. Then the FA did what they did and basically destroyed his career. Another one gone.
Four marquee midfielders. Each would've cost us £100m+ (bar Paqueta, who was coming for around £80m). Any one of them could've transformed our midfield and helped us dominate not just England but Europe too. Instead, we ended up with:
Kovačić from Chelsea.
Matheus Nunes from Wolves (decent at right-back now, but never really used as a midfielder by Pep).
Had to bring Gundogan back from Barcelona (finished, unfortunately).
Nico González from Porto.
Tijjani Reijnders from AC Milan.
None of them are (or were) at the level of those elite midfielders we wanted after the Treble. So we downgraded. Ended up with an average midfield that had real issues with physicality and athleticism. Nothing fixes that except proper signings that come at a premium.
So pay the £125m they're asking for Elliott Anderson. Don't miss out on him. Then go and find me another top midfielder. Don't fall into the same cycle of repeat mistakes, or we're not getting back to where we were three years ago. This is the time.
The grave gets scarier when you remember that many people lived just 25years on earth but have been in the grave for over 800years facing the consequences of those 25years.
I’m glad that FIFA decided to reverse this policy and allow water bottles to be brought into World Cup games.
No one should have to fear being priced out of being hydrated, especially fans who are often waiting for hours before a game in extreme heat.
I spend £21 monthly on my Vodafone unlimited plan and £35 on Sky home WiFi, which delivers an average max speed of around 900 Mbps.
Nigerians can be particularly susceptible to gaslighting and deception because they know that a lot of us don’t usually research thoroughly, read up on things, or have broad exposure to different perspectives.
You only live once stop settling for mediocrity.

Coincidence?
Or did OPPO take that personally? 😂
🚨🎙️| Pep Guardiola: “What is Barça missing to win the Champions League? The Champions League is a competition that DESTROYS projects, and I hope that’s not the case at Barça. We must not think that just because you don’t win it, everything that has been built is no good. The league is the competition that gives you consistency and continuity. In the Champions League, you need to reach the decisive stages in good condition, without injuries, and refereeing also has a huge impact.
What matters is that the daily work is excellent, that the team keeps growing and improving, and that they don’t believe the season is a failure just because they don’t reach the Champions League final or win it. The league is what sets the foundation for judging whether a season has been good or not.” [@mundodeportivo@forcabarca_ar] #fcblive
Before I joined the club, Pep was already an inspiration for me. To become his player and after 9 years end up being the one with most games played under him is truly an honour. He arrived at Man City, and the Premier League couldn’t be dominated playing his way… Well, they were wrong. Not only he dominated, he changed the game in England as he did in other countries before. The hunger and ambition to want more and more even after winning and winning again was a big inspiration. For me personally, he was and will always be my father of football. A lot of the things that many managers in the past thought were weaknesses of my game, he saw it as strengths and understood me from day one. On a personal level, the kindness, trust and respect that we had for each other makes me the proudest and goes beyond football. I couldn’t be more grateful for what he did for me and my family. Thank you for all the memories and experiences to the greatest manager ever Pep Guardiola! 😄
