@johnsnowsmithy @discord Do you understand open source operating systems at all? It’s janky because it’s purposely made to be completed by the user. There are variants people make to be used out of the box, but windows and macOS NEED to be complete because they’re not open source.

As per Bumi, for example, he had the genetics but his chi was blocked pre-spirt portal. The same might be the opposite with the Guru from Atla for example. He wasn’t an airbender due to genetics.
