FINALLY! After buying a lemon from @VW in July, we were able to return it to the dealership today. We fought with @VW for months get our money back. They initially refused and we needed help from the Better Business Bureau and advice from three different lawyers. Don’t buy a @VW
Y’all. Not only did @VW refuse to give us a full refund due to the engine failure. But, now they’ve discovered “steering issues” that need repairs. She’s been in the shop since August after 4 weeks of use. Don’t buy a VW! @vwcares
45 days ago, our brand new @VW went into their service dept needing a full engine replacement. We’ve requested a full refund & are continually being told to be patient while they decide on this. This has been going on since August & we want closure, @vwcares
@VW and @vwcares have been giving me these “status updates” for over a month now. Meanwhile, I’m paying for a brand new car that doesn’t work instead of getting a full refund. Not okay.
